Econified respects your privacy and is designed to minimize data collection.
Two Storage Modes
Local mode (default, no account): all calculators and decision workflows run locally in your browser. The values you enter are not transmitted to our servers. The decision workflow may save your case in your browser's local storage so you can continue later on the same device; you can clear it at any time with the "Start over" button or by clearing browser data.
Optional cloud workspace: if you create an account and explicitly press Save, your email address and the decision case you saved (titles, scenario numbers, and assumptions you entered) are stored so you can continue on another device. Nothing is stored unless you press Save. Account data is hosted on Supabase in the European Union (Stockholm region) and protected by per-user access rules. From your account page you can export all stored data as JSON or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect financial data entered into calculators, and analytics events never include salaries, amounts, employer names, or the contents of decision cases.
Analytics
Econified may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand general website usage, such as page views and interactions. These analytics do not identify individual users.
Cookies
The website may use essential cookies required for site functionality and anonymous analytics.
Advertising partners, such as Google AdSense, may use cookies to display relevant advertisements in accordance with their own privacy policies.
